Accessibility
A directory nobody can read isn't a directory. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA.
What we do
Pages use plain semantic structure with real headings and links, keyboard-reachable navigation, visible focus outlines, text alternatives for images, and color choices checked for contrast. Layouts reflow for phones and for zoom up to 200%.
Known limits
Some third-party content — payment checkout, weather and event data pulled from outside sources — is not fully under our control. If any of it blocks you, tell us and we'll provide the information another way.
Report a barrier
Email info@southwestgrid.com with the page address and what happened. We treat access problems as bugs and aim to respond within five business days.
